I am a impressionist textile artist based on The Canterbury Plains, NZ who uses fabric as my painting medium. My work explores the connection between myths, legends and the complex world which created them. By layering small pieces of fabric, hand and machine stitches, fabric collage, I build quiet compositions that capture the moment in time I feel gave birth to the legend, the myth and the story it told.
