In just one session with Diana, she helped me access memories that contribute to my anxiety and sense of unworthiness. She guided me to a deep, calm state of consciousness where I was able to process those repressed emotions associated with those memories. Immediately afterwards, I felt relief and lightness - as though I had released a heavy weight. Now, a few months later, I’ve noticed a considerable change in my life, my attitudes and my relationships. Working with Diana was an invaluable experience and I couldn’t recommend her more. She is truly gifted - one session with her enabled me to release emotions that years of therapy hadn’t been able to access.

Heidi, Corrections Officer

After experiencing significant trauma when I was younger that continued throughout my teenage years, I built walls to protect myself. Those experiences shaped so much of who I became. I was told I needed therapy, and while I eventually spent years in counselling, I found it difficult to access support because I was considered “high functioning.” From the outside, I had started my own business, bought my own home, and looked like I had everything together.

The reality was very different. My trauma had made me fiercely self-reliant, driven, and constantly busy. I was an “active relaxer” who couldn’t sit still without feeling guilty. I struggled to let people in, found it difficult to form deep connections, and always felt like part of me was protecting myself from getting too close.

Therapy helped me understand why I was the way I was. It validated my experiences and gave me insight into my behaviours, but despite knowing the reasons, I still couldn’t change the patterns.

After just one RTT® session, three memories came up that were completely different from what I expected. I felt incredibly safe, supported, and comfortable sharing them. There was no judgment just curiosity and compassion. For the first time, I understood the specific memories that had created so many of the protective patterns I’d been living with.

Since that session, I’ve noticed changes I never thought were possible. I can now sit down and eat a meal, then relax afterwards instead of feeling an overwhelming need to get up and do something. I no longer feel sad or guilty for having a slow day. My mind feels quieter, and I can simply be in a way I never could before.

One of the biggest changes has been how I relate to myself and to other people. I finally feel safe to be more authentically me. Before RTT®, I didn’t realise how much of my personality had been built around surviving and protecting myself. Even when I wanted connection, it never felt completely safe.

Now, those protective walls have softened. I’m not constantly analysing every interaction or looking for reasons to pull away. I’m finding it easier to be present, to let people get to know the real me, and to trust that I don’t always have to be in survival mode.

For the first time, I genuinely feel open to connection. Relationships no longer feel like something I have to protect myself from they feel like something I can safely experience. I still have healthy boundaries, but they’re no longer built from fear. They’re built from self-respect.

The changes haven’t just been emotional they’ve shown up in my everyday life. I feel calmer, more present, and more connected to myself and the people around me. I never expected one session to create such meaningful and lasting changes, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience. RTT® didn’t erase my past, but it changed how my past lives inside me, and that has been life-changing.

As a side-effect of listening to the recording I got from Diana (to help support healing from cancer after treatment) I find I am sleeping better. I have stopped having nightmares and night-terrors which I had suffered from since childhood. I no longer fight in my sleep, kicking and punching. As an unexpected bonus I am truly grateful!

Douglas, Retired Farmer

I was a new salesperson for a building company and struggling to get sales in a commission-only based role. One session with Diana and the subsequent 21 days of listening while going to sleep and within the first two months, I won the salesperson of the month award. Huge difference in my income now! Thank you.
